Credai-Vizag property expo to be held on December 23-25
Nearly 80 reputed builders will exhibit their projects

The brochure of the ninth Property Expo of Credai-Visakhapatnam was released at an event here.
Chapter’s chairman KSRK Raju, president V Dharmender and honorary secretary V Sreenu said that the purpose of the expo is to bring all stakeholders under a single roof and enable potential customers to take a judicious decision for owning his dream home.
The expo scheduled to be held on December 23, 24 and 25 at Gadiraju Palace and Convention Center here is the ninth edition of the chapter. Nearly 80 reputed builders will exhibit their projects. Umpteen number of flats, plots, villas, luxury houses, gated community buildings, residential and commercial units will be on display.
Besides builders in the city, many from neighbouring towns like Anakapalli and Vizianagaram will also showcase their projects. Customers will have a wide range of choices.
Tailor-made units to cater to the needs of senior citizens, hospitality and other requirements will be on display. President Dharmender informed that customers could verify the quality of product and material used for construction. There will be special offers and discounts for on the spot deals, he said. After the pandemic, peoples’ tastes and requirements have been changing and construction of houses is carried out keeping these changes in mind.
Chairman KSRK Raju informed that footfalls at every expo of Credai chapter has been increasing, which is an indication of its increasing popularity. This is because of the confidence that the chapter enjoys among people. “We are thankful to people for their patronage and expect the same this year also” the chairman added.
Vizag chapter is a trusted and tested organization and as such it has become a household name in these parts, the Chairman said. The exhibition of all projects at one place will enable the customer to save time, since there is no need for him to visit different places to select his house.
He said that the proposal to shift the capital to the city and the international airport and other infrastructure facilities will boost building activity.
Answering questions, he said that there is no problem in the availability of sand and cement, though the costs have gone up.
Honorary secretary V Sreenu, who is also the convener of property expo, said that there will be 77 stalls displaying over 100 different projects and customers could choose from them.
Banks and other financial institutions are also participating and their representative will explain various options available to the customer.
